PGC #10 - A Photo Inspiration

Happy Monday Morning Everyone!

I hope everyone had a wonderful past couple weeks.  Thank you to everyone who participated in the Subway Art Challenge on The Paper Girls Challenge.  It was so much fun seeing everyone's creations.

I hope everyone enjoys the challenge this time around just as much!  Kyla gave us this picture to work with.  I love how all the Paper Girls' projects were so different.  Unknowingly, we all took different elements to make our inspiration projects.

I gasped when Kyla posted the picture for us to work with.  It was so much fun...and right up my alley - the colors, the tiles, the flowers, everything.  For this layout, I wanted to play with the movement in this picture.  So I finally jumped on the pinwheel bandwagon and used my Big Shot to create this page with some Echo Park Happy Days 6x6 paper. Kevin really wanted to use some Stickles on this page, so he picked out the colors and they became the wind "turning" the pinwheels.

I hope you enjoy this challenge as much as we did.  I can't wait to see what everyone creates.  I know I will be using this photo as an inspiration for a future page.  I'm thinking of hitting my scrap drawer to make a mosaic of scraps.  Fingers crossed!

Just a reminder, due to Canada Day and 4th of July, you have an extra week to create your masterpieces this time.

I still have some blog candy up for grabs when I hit 50 followers!  Don't forget to click that little follow button.  :-)

Cheers!
