PGCB Challenge #11 + a PRIZE

Today's Challenge on The Paper Girls Challenge was hosted by yours truly.  I'm sure I'm not the only one to have a huge drawer full of rub-ons.  I love how they can add a little pop to your layout, but it seems I always forget to grab them.  So I decided to challenge myself, and you, to dig them out and use them.

When I saw the border on Scrapbook Steal's MWM Turquoise 8 sketch, I thought it would be a great place to add some rub-ons.  And I thought these reminded me of Hailey's curls...

Here are a couple close up pictures of the rub-ons.  I think the turquoise ones may be one of my faves.  It had a metallic sheen to them and overlayed quite well over the American Crafts Garden Cafe Collection.

These were some Basic Grey rub-ons that included the "bling".  I mean, what girl layout isn't complete without a little bling.  ;-)

I also wanted to include a couple previous MWM layouts I did with rub-ons.  The entire left side of the "this is my mommy" layout is made with rub-ons.

On the "just smile" layout, I used white rub-ons to add a little pop...

And as promised, a little blog candy for reaching more than 50 followers.  I used Random.org to pick a winner.

Congrats Karen Weingartner!

Please send me an email to kmackeen1@gmail.com with your address so I can get a prize out to you.  Keep spreading the word and I'll do another drawing when I read 100 followers.

Cheers!
